We're Back

We're married! And for that I am so happy and thankful :) I can't wait to show you all pictures of the wedding and our honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

However, I need a little bit of time... while on my honeymoon, the company I work for had to do some downsizing. I found out yesterday, along with 3 others, that I no longer have a job. I promise that I will update you on all the festivities and fun soon, but right now I have to figure out some things so that I can enjoy the Christmas season.

Meanwhile, our photographer put a sneak peak of some of our wedding photos up on her blog... www.phrecklesphotography.com/blog so you can look at those to hold you over :)

ALSO, do you need some decorating help at your house? Or do you know someone with a business that needs some interior design help? ORRR do you need a nanny? or an administrative assistant? or anything? Please please leave a comment and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Thanks, Y'all. This new family needs alot of prayer and support right now, and I know that my blog friends can help with that.

Yay! You are married and you are back to your home as a family now. Mom said the wedding was beautiful. And I'm so sorry that you had to come home to the job trouble. We will be praying for sure!

Lauren,

It's so nice to see you back. Can't wiat to check out the pics.

This is the 2nd blog post I've seen this week about a job loss. I'm so sorry. And I'm sure I don't need to tell you to trust in God's provision, but I will anyway :)

Praying for you and celebrating with you...all at the same time.

Lauren! I'm so glad you had a great time on your honeymoon, but I'm so sorry that you had to come home to lay-offs. We had a huge lay-off at our company, and it's been rampant throughout Charlotte in the A/E industry. I know you and I have the same occupation, so I will ask the reps that come through if any of them know of job openings in the Greensboro area. In the meantime, keep your head up! Good things are sure to come!!

Lauren, First, congrats on the amazing marriage. It is wonderful and such a beautiful things. Second, your pix look terrific! You were/are so pretty :) Third, I cannot believe you got laid off while on your honeymoon. Dang... I'm so sorry that that got thrown in there amongst other things. Try to trust in God's timing of everything, He totally knows what He's doing :) Hoping you will get a job soon!!!

Lauren, the wedding pictures were gorgeous! I am so excited for you and Justin! If you do not remember me, I lived on your hall in East our freshmen year at ASU. Justin and I were Teaching Fellows at ASU.

All I can say about the job situation is look up Matthew 6:34.

I'll be praying for you both!

I gasped though as soon as I read the last part on your blog. I am so sorry that you had to face this hardship as soon as you got home, but you are so talented that I know someone else is going to scoop you up before you know it. Praying for you!!

Welcome back , we missed you and will be excited to hear more about your time away. So sorry about the job loss. Gregg's job is done in Feb, it's moving to Houston and that isn't what we feel is best for our family, so we will be joining you in the job hunt.
